Our plans include the following

Site Plan

• an outline of the foundation of your home on a standard retangular lot with front, rear, and side yards shown ( dimensions are left blank to be completed by the owner or builder)
• grading calculatons are also left blank, to be completed by owner or builder. Your local building authority may require a site plan drawn accurately showing your house in relation to your actual lot. We can supply you with a custom site plan with all necessary dimensions and calculations for a nominal fee.

Foundation Plan

• all necessary structural details
• exterior and interior dimensions
• If you require a different foundation plan than shown , this can be done for a nominal charge.

Floor Plans

• all necessary structural details
• exterior and interior dimensions
• door, closet, and window locations
• plumbing fixture locations

Exterior Elevations

• exterior view of all four sides of the house
• window and door locations
• exterior finishes (ie siding, brick or stone, stucco, trim detail, roofing)

Cross Sections and Details

• all details to reasonably explain the overall construction of the house
